Bears rough up Manning

Well i did not think they would do it but they did. I only wish i was still in Indy to cherish the Bears dominating win over the Colts. It is always a fun to watch Manning cry. (I think Tom Brady almost topped Mannings game numbers in 1 series).

Now all we have to do this season is beat Green Bay!!!

just an fyi...

Peyton Manning...
bum knee - hasnt thrown a ball in 9 months - 30/49, 257 yds, 1 TD, 0 INT

Tom Brady...
has three girlfriends and a baby. blows out his knee and doesnt return... 7/11, 76 yds, 0 TD, 0 INT

"i think brady did better in one series than peyton did in the game"...what do you think now?

yes, your bears won, i will give you that. wait, no i wont, cause you are a patriots fan. wait you are a bears fan...wait...

i will admit the Colts looked like stinkers last night. but please, just pick a team.

and i would rather be 0-1 and still have a QB than be 1-0 and have Matt Cassell as my QB...

Joe,

I got the type of response i was hoping for... :)

Brady is my favorite QB in the league but you and I both know who my team is.

The Bears will probably end the season with a worse record than the Colts but it was great to break them down. Our D almost scored as many points as Manning's O.

The best point you made was your 2nd comment. "i would rather be 0-1 and still have a QB than be 1-0 and have Matt Cassell as my QB..."

I could not agree with you on that point more. The Pats will be lucky to win 10/11 games this year with Cassell.

I was going to call you and your dad last night but i figured you were at the game.

I think you Bears fan must be drinking bad water...Super Bowl? It is a LONG way from beating the Colts in the first game of the season to SB.

On to more important issues...

Check out the article on MSNBC.com on the atom smasher machine at http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24556999. See the comment by Michio Kaku, a theoretical physicist: "But let me let you in on a secret: We physicists are not driven to do this (discoveries such as this) because of better color television," he added. "That's a spin-off. We do this because we want to understand our role and our place in the universe." Bingo!!! It all comes back to a theological question.

Shall we point him to Genesis 1?

I hope all else i s well in Freeport!
